How we handle cookies, analytics and anything you send us through a form. Last updated August 2026.
The short version
We run a restaurant, not a data business. This website has no accounts, no logins and no database of visitors. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers.
We use one analytics cookie to count visits. It runs unless you turn it off — press “No thanks” on the banner at the bottom of the page, or use the button at the end of this policy, and it stops. If you fill in a form, what you type is emailed to the relevant person at Crown Restaurant Group and nowhere else.

Forms, and where what you type goes
Each form on this site sends an email and stops there. None of them write to a database, and none of them are handled by a third-party form service that keeps a copy.
- Contact form
- Your name, email, phone (if given) and message are emailed to the restaurant through Resend, our email provider. We keep the email as long as we need it to answer you.
- Job application
- What you enter, and your resume if you attach one, is emailed to the hiring team through a Google Apps Script we run in Crown Restaurant Group’s own Google Workspace. Your resume is sent as an attachment and is not stored in any file service. Applications are kept while the role is open and for a reasonable period after.
- Private events and catering inquiries
- These forms are provided by Tripleseat, our events system, and are embedded from tripleseat.com. What you submit goes into Tripleseat and to our events team. Tripleseat is a separate company with its own privacy policy.
- Newsletter
- Handled by Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and that removes you from the list.
- Spam protection
- Forms include a hidden field that only automated bots fill in, and a limit on how often the same connection can submit. No third-party CAPTCHA is used, so nothing about you is sent to one.
Where the site sends you
Several buttons hand you over to companies we work with. Once you are on their site, their privacy policy applies, not ours. We do not receive your reservation or order details back from them.

- DoorDash, Uber Eats and Slice
- Delivery and pickup ordering.
- Lightspeed
- Gift card purchases. Payment is handled entirely by them — this site never sees card details.
- Tripleseat
- Private event and catering inquiries.
- Google Maps
- The maps on the contact and plan-your-visit pages are embedded from Google and load only when you scroll to them.
Your choices
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time using the button at the bottom of this page. Withdrawing consent stops analytics storage immediately; it does not delete reporting that has already been aggregated, because that data is no longer tied to you.
If you have sent us a form and would like us to delete what you sent, email info@rosiesitaliankitchen.com and tell us roughly when you submitted it, so we can find it.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold. Contact us and we will do our best to help — given the above, in most cases what we hold is simply an email you sent us.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Kids are, of course, extremely welcome in the restaurant.

We update this page when the site changes. It was last updated in August 2026.
